Job Title

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3×12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend may be required
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients within a combined LDRP setting
• Deliver newborn and nursery care, including support within a Level II Nursery environment
• Circulate for C-sections as needed within the operating suite
• Cross-train and function across Labor and Delivery, Couplet Care, Newborn Nursery, and Level II Nursery as unit needs require
• Maintain competency with both maternal and newborn patient populations throughout the care continuum

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Demonstrated comfort and competency with both labor/postpartum and newborn/nursery care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II Nursery setting
• Experience circulating for C-sections
• Familiarity with combined LDRP unit workflows and couplet care
