**Job Description:**
- Join a vibrant team of healthcare professionals in the Labor and Delivery Unit!
- **Position:** L&D RN
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Experience Required:** Minimum of 2 years (1.5 years may be considered depending on expertise)
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform Sterile Vaginal Exams independently, with no supervision required.
- Provide exceptional care to expectant mothers and newborns.
- Float between like units, including Mother-Baby.
- **Certifications Required:**
- ACLS
- AWHONN Advanced
- BCLS
- NRP
- **Scheduling Requirements:**
- Open to working weekends, with a likelihood of exceeding every other weekend to meet unit needs.
- Must be available to work 3 out of 5 major holidays.
- Scheduling preferences can be considered but are not guaranteed.
- RTO requests must be included at the time of submission.
- **Ratios:** 1:2
