Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery – Colorado

Location: Thornton, Colorado

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 maximum for Labor & Delivery and 3:1 for Postpartum per AWHONN guidelines
Highlights:
- 14 LDRP beds and 2 operating rooms in a well-established unit with a team of 60 experienced staff members
- Diverse case mix including versions, cesarean sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&C procedures
- Beacon equipment and Meditech/CPN EMR system
- Staffing model includes 1 charge RN, 2-3 Labor & Delivery RNs, and 2-3 Postpartum RNs per night shift

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience required
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certification required
- Prior Meditech experience preferred
- Postpartum experience highly preferred
