Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, including LDRP, post-partum, and triage rooms
Float to med-surg department as needed based on Birth Center census
Float to other regional locations as requested
Participate in on-call rotation during low census periods; call-back minimum is 2 hours
Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined
Required Qualifications
Active Wisconsin RN License
BLS Certification required (AHA or ARC only)
NRP Certification required (AHA or ARC only)
Minimum 2 years of OB experience with Labor and Delivery required
Demonstrated Labor and Delivery competency
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
EPIC charting experience highly preferred
Experience working in variable-census, low-volume delivery settings
