**Exciting Opportunity for RN - Labor & Delivery/Nursery (7P - 7A) in Carthage, TN!**
Join a dynamic team at a 25-bed critical access hospital nestled by the beautiful Cumberland River, just an hour from Nashville! This role offers you the chance to shine in the Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Post-Partum Units while delivering exceptional care to mothers and newborns.
**Key Details:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN)
- **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM
- **Guaranteed Weekly Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend rotates/As Needed
- **Call Requirements:** None
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:2
- **EHR System:** Meditech
- **Supervisor:** Mallory Cooper, WS Manager
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:**
- 2 labor beds
- 3 postpartum beds
- **Patient Population:** Maternity women and newborns
**Requirements:**
- **Required Certifications:**
- ACLS
- AWHONN
- BLS
- NRP
- **Years of Experience:** 1+
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- Labor and Delivery experience
- Fetal monitoring
- **Preferred Skills/Experience:**
- PALS
- Centricity and Meditech experience (not a must)
- Couplet care
