Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Labor and Delivery- Provide direct care to patients in Labor and Delivery
- Conduct labor triage and manage patient caseloads
- Circulate in the operating room during C-sections and other procedures
- Perform newborn resuscitation and care for low-risk newborns
- Assist in various procedures like induction of labor, vaginal delivery, and fetal monitoring
Requirements of the Travel RN - Labor and Delivery- Current RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
- 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
- Experience in newborn resuscitation and OR circulation
