Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit, including Post-Partum and Baby Unit
Float to other units within the facility as needed
Care for overflow patients from the Progressive Care Unit
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in a Critical Access Hospital setting
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont or compact state eligibility
Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
Ability to float to other units and adapt to varying patient care needs
Flexibility to manage overflow from a Progressive Care Unit environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in Post-Partum and newborn care
Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting
Familiarity with Progressive Care Unit patient populations
