**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver routine and complex nursing care independently.
- Utilize your skills in assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
- Address the intricate psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
- Administer medications and treatments while diligently monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Accurately document patient history, symptoms, and care provided.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
**Requirements:**
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- Active certifications in:
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS from AHA
- NRP
- STABLE
- AWHONN Intermediate FHM, or equivalent.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty.
- Must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
**Position Details:**
- **Schedule:** Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- **Floating Requirement:** Yes - flexibility to float to different locations.
- **Weekend Requirement:** Yes - work weekends as needed.
- **On Call Requirement:** Yes - be available for on-call shifts.
