The role includes assisting in both vaginal and cesarean deliveries. The nurse will support breastfeeding and provide lactation support to new mothers. Strong assessment skills for newborns are essential. The RN will participate in continuing education and stay updated on best practices in maternal care. Must be willing to work every other weekend and be available for on-call duties. Candidates should exhibit effective communication and teamwork skills.
