Weekend staffing required every other weekend. Two-year minimum experience in specialty required for submission. Description: These needs are specifically for winter coverage for one 10-week contract only. Candidates must start by 12/18/2026. No holiday request time off allowed. No more than five days request time off for the entire contract. First-timers are accepted for this position. Clinicians are required to float within the scope to meet facility needs. The facility has a total of 1567 staffed beds. Staff ratios for days are 1-2 patients. Every month, the facility has 400-500 deliveries and 30 visits per day. The unit consists of 12 rooms and 11 beds. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Patient age groups include neonates and adults. Experience in high-risk deliveries and managing various labor and delivery procedures is preferred. This role includes responsibilities like assisting with vaginal deliveries, performing C-sections, and providing neonatal resuscitation. Candidates should be familiar with the charting system used in the facility.
