Support breastfeeding and lactation initiatives for new mothers. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current in the specialty area. Float to sister facilities as needed to meet the needs of the patients. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures. Work weekend shifts as required, typically every third weekend. Comply with all facility policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families.
