Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit on a rotating day and night schedule
Cover every other weekend and every other holiday shifts as part of unit staffing requirements
Monitor and assess laboring patients, supporting safe delivery outcomes
Maintain current RN licensure and all required certifications throughout the contract period
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts or compact state eligibility
Current Labor and Delivery clinical experience
BLS certification required
Ability to work a rotating day/night schedule including every other weekend and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
