Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit on a rotating day and night schedule
• Cover every other weekend and every other holiday shifts as part of unit staffing requirements
• Monitor and assess laboring patients, supporting safe delivery outcomes
• Maintain current RN licensure and all required certifications throughout the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts or compact state eligibility
• Current Labor and Delivery clinical experience
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work a rotating day/night schedule including every other weekend and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred
• Experience in a high-volume or academic medical setting
