Job Opportunity – LDRP Registered Nurse – Montana
Start Date: November 2026
Location: Montana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, self-scheduling, weekends equally distributed among staff, minimal call requirement (maximum once per pay period with 30-minute callback time), 48-hour weeks approved

- Comprehensive LDRP role in a 22-bed critical access hospital covering triage, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Patient ratios vary from 1:1 to 1:6 depending on acuity and patient needs
- Epic charting system utilized facility-wide
- 24-hour orientation period with reduced non-billable orientation hours
- Wireless fetal monitoring and modern equipment including JADA device for postpartum hemorrhage management
- Interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact license accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required – seasoned travelers only
- Epic charting system experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, NRP, CLC (preferred), STABLE (preferred)
- Demonstrated skills in labor and delivery, LDRP, triage of obstetrical patients, sterile vaginal exams, and circulating for cesarean sections
- Must commit to working at least one winter holiday pair (Thanksgiving/Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas/Christmas Eve, or New Year's/New Year's Eve)
- Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
