**Job Description:**
- **Unit Information:**
- Location: 4th Floor
- Number of Beds: 32
- Number of Staff: 150
- Patient Ratios: 1:2
- Type of Equipment: Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
- **Shift Details:**
- Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekends: Rotating weekends
- Call Requirements: No call requirements
- **Staffing Structure:**
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Co-Charge Nurse, RNs for 1:1 or 1:2 ratio
- Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Co-Charge Nurse, RNs for 1:1 or 1:2 ratio
- **Must-Have Qualifications:**
- EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- SVE (Sterile Vaginal Examination) competency
- C-Section circulation experience
- 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Internal monitor placement competency
- Previous HCA assignments/employment
- Experience in Level IV unit (high volume)
- **Typical Procedures:**
- SVD (Spontaneous Vaginal Delivery)
- Cerclages
- C-Sections
- TOLAC (Trial of Labor After Cesarean)
