Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: OB/GYN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Labor and Delivery License: Current RN License Certifications: NRP, BLS, Fetal Monitoring Must-Have Skills/Experience: Minimum of 2 years in labor and delivery. Experience in couplet care and LDRP. Some NICU experience is required. Must possess intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in OB/GYN. The role involves providing care in a Labor and Delivery setting. The unit typically has a patient ratio in accordance with AWHONN guidelines. The Registered Nurse will work a three-day schedule with 36 guaranteed hours. There are no scheduled call requirements, but flexibility may be needed based on unit census. The nursing team will have access to GE Centricity/Paragon for electronic health records. The patient population includes a diverse group of expectant mothers and newborns. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a team.
