Knowledge of maternal and fetal monitoring techniques is necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Floating to other areas may be required based on facility needs. A commitment to providing excellent patient care in labor and delivery is essential.
