Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery RN – Virginia
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia

Schedule: Day or Night Shift available; 2:1 nurse-to-laboring patient ratio
Highlights:
- 10-bed LDRP unit with 3 triage rooms and 2 OR suites
- GE monitoring system with Novii Wireless capability; Spectrum IV Pumps and CADD epidural PCA
- Meditech EMR system
- Supportive team of 30 RNs with collaborative staffing model including dedicated Charge Nurse, LDR nurses, and Nursery RN per shift
- Full scope of labor and delivery services including inductions, SVD, and cesarean sections

Requirements:
- Active RN license in Virginia or compact state eligibility
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
- Labor and delivery experience with strong assessment and communication skills
