Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Birth Center – Michigan

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Marshall, Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Rotating shifts with holiday and weekend rotation; possible on-call coverage required

Highlights
  • 11 LDRP rooms, 3 triage rooms, and 1 operating room in a full-service Birth Center
  • RN to patient ratio: 1:1 for active labor, magnesium sulfate, and Pitocin induction; 1:3 couplets; 1:2 early labor patients

Requirements
  • Active Michigan RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of current Birth Center experience (labor, delivery, newborn care, and postpartum care with mothers and babies)
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and 2 supervisory reference forms (within 2 years)
  • Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Reliable personal vehicle required
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility or accept adjusted compensation
