Schedule: Rotating shifts with holiday and weekend rotation; possible on-call coverage required

- 11 LDRP rooms, 3 triage rooms, and 1 operating room in a full-service Birth Center
- RN to patient ratio: 1:1 for active labor, magnesium sulfate, and Pitocin induction; 1:3 couplets; 1:2 early labor patients

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of current Birth Center experience (labor, delivery, newborn care, and postpartum care with mothers and babies)
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and 2 supervisory reference forms (within 2 years)
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility or accept adjusted compensation
