Job Opportunity – Women's Services Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Schedule: Full-time, 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays
Highlights:
- LDRP unit with 9 beds, OB-ED 1 bed, Level II NICU with 4 beds, and 1 OR suite
- Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labor, inductions, and C-sections; couplet care 1:3; intermediate NICU care 1:3
- Documentation systems: Meditech and CPN Central monitoring
- Joint Commission certified facility with Stroke Center, Level II Trauma, and Level II NICU designations
- Equipment includes CPN central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, tele-med robot for neonatologist, bili-blankets, and PCA pumps
- Experienced team with multiple RNs averaging 30 years of experience; collaborative and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Tennessee or ability to obtain
- Labor and Delivery experience required, including ability to labor and recover mothers as well as receive and transition newborns
- Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies preferred
- Fetal monitoring education and experience with inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil) highly desirable
- BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
- Ability to float to other units within the facility as needed
