**Job Description:**

- **Unit**: Labor and Delivery/OBED-707
- **Hospital**: Women's Hospital
- **Address**: 3301 Matlock Rd
- **Floors**: 1 & 2
- **Number of Beds**: 23
**Team & Patient Care:**
- **Day Shift Staff**:
- 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC)
- 6 RNs
- 2 Certified Surgical Technologists (CST)
- 3 OR RNs
- 1 Secretary
- **Night Shift Staff**:
- 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC)
- 4-6 RNs
- 1 CST
- 1 Secretary
- **Patient Ratios**: 2:1
**Equipment & Technology:**
- **Electronic Medical Record (EMR)**: CPN/Meditech
- **On Call Requirement**: 1 shift every 4 weeks
- **Floating Requirement**: Within Women's - PP/Ante
**Candidate Profile:**
- **Must-Have Skills**:
- 1 year travel experience in high-risk OB L/D
- NRP, intermediate fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS
- **Preferred Skills**:
- OBED experience
- High Risk/High volume experience
**Common Procedures**:
- All high-risk OB care, magnesium drips, insulin drips
- Circulate and scrub during procedures
