Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a 15-bed Labor & Delivery unit, 20-bed High Risk Unit, and 8-bed OB Triage setting
• Administer and monitor Magnesium and insulin drips for high-risk obstetric patients
• Perform advanced external fetal monitoring and interpret findings appropriately
• Apply Advanced NRP competencies in the care of neonatal patients as needed
• May be expected to float to a secondary Labor & Delivery location as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Level IV Labor & Delivery training and experience
• Advanced NRP certification required
• Proficiency with Magnesium and insulin drip administration
• Advanced external fetal monitoring skills required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-risk obstetric or Level IV Women & Infants setting
• Familiarity with OB Triage workflows and high-risk antepartum care
• Experience floating across multiple Labor & Delivery units
