Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting with a patient ratio of 1:2
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system
  • Adhere to weekend requirements, with an expected every 3rd weekend commitment (Friday/Saturday nights)
  • Fulfill holiday obligations, including at least one of the following: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
  • Complete orientation modules and all required compliance activities within designated timeframes
Required Qualifications
  • BSN required
  • Active RN license required at time of submission
  • NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
  • AWHONN Intermediate or Beginner certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
  • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates; local candidates within 50 miles are subject to a local rate differential
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
  • Experience working in a high-acuity Labor and Delivery environment
  • Ability to adapt to compliance-driven healthcare settings with pre-start requirements
