**Job Title: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse • Nights**
Join our team in Torrance, CA, as a Labor & Delivery RN for night shifts on an 8•week contract.
**Details:**
• **Shift:** Nights, 36 hours/week (3 x 12•hour shifts)
• **Contract:** 8 weeks
• **Patient Ratios:** California guidelines
• **On Call:** Not required
• **Floating:** Required
• **Certifications:** AHA BLS/PALS/NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring, NIHSS, MAB/CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety
• **License:** Active CA RN License
• **COVID•19:** Vaccination and booster if eligible
**Experience:**
• 1+ year in Labor & Delivery at a Level 1 Trauma Institution
• C•Section experience
• Travel experience preferred
**Responsibilities:**
• Monitor maternal/fetal status, interpret heart rates, administer meds, manage labor support
• Assist deliveries, respond to emergencies
• Support pain management, educate patients/families
• Ensure safe postpartum/newborn transitions
• Provide care in Labor & Delivery, triage, OR, recovery
• May float to Mother•Baby Unit
