Description:
This position requires a nurse to work in a maternal level 2 unit with a nursery level 1.
The unit has a capacity of 24 beds.
Labor ratios are 1 to 2:1, while postpartum ratios are 3 to 4:1.
Candidates must be proficient in electronic medical records, specifically Epic.
Call is required, with 12 hours in one calendar month.
Travelers are expected to float to other units or campuses as needed.
All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application.
A clinical interview will be conducted for qualified candidates.
Cultural fit is vital, and travelers are expected to integrate and function as core staff.
