The unit consists of a 24-bed capacity. The nurse will manage labor and postpartum care. Labor patient ratio is 1 to 2. Postpartum patient ratio is 3 to 4. Floating to other units and campuses may be required. Call duty is required for 12 hours in one calendar month. Demographic information must be included in the application. Culture is prioritized for team integration. Travelers are expected to function as core staff.
