Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Labor and Delivery unit averaging approximately 175 cases per month
• Circulate C-Sections as needed
• Care for patients across labor, antepartum, and recovery couplet settings with a 1:2 patient ratio
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation
• Float to Mother/Baby or serve as a sitter task RN to other units as needed
• Participate in voluntary on-call as available

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of current Labor and Delivery experience
• Ability to circulate C-Sections
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, Advanced NRP, and Fetal Monitoring
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Must submit a current driver's license with application packet

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in antepartum and recovery couplet care
• Familiarity with Level III Trauma facility environments
• Experience floating to Mother/Baby units
