- Work in a comprehensive Women's Services unit including LDRP (9 beds), NICU (4 beds), and 1 OR suite
- Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labors, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care and intermediate NICU
- Meditech and CPN documentation systems with centralized fetal monitoring technology
- Joint Commission accredited facility with Level II Trauma and Level II NICU designations
- Long-term assignment with experienced team members averaging 7-30 years of tenure
- Opportunity to gain diverse skills across labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care in LDRP environment
**Requirements:**
- Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license
- BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
- Labor and delivery experience essential, including laboring and recovering mothers
- Newborn assessment and transition experience required
- Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and OB emergencies preferred
- Knowledge of inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil) and advanced fetal monitoring strongly preferred
- Willingness to float to other units within the facility as needed
