# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery – Tennessee**Start Date:** September 3, 2026 **Location:** Dickson, Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Full-time, 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays**Highlights:**
  • Work in a comprehensive Women's Services unit including LDRP (9 beds), NICU (4 beds), and 1 OR suite
  • Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labors, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care and intermediate NICU
  • Meditech and CPN documentation systems with centralized fetal monitoring technology
  • Joint Commission accredited facility with Level II Trauma and Level II NICU designations
  • Long-term assignment with experienced team members averaging 7-30 years of tenure
  • Opportunity to gain diverse skills across labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care in LDRP environment
**Requirements:**
  • Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license
  • BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
  • Labor and delivery experience essential, including laboring and recovering mothers
  • Newborn assessment and transition experience required
  • Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and OB emergencies preferred
  • Knowledge of inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil) and advanced fetal monitoring strongly preferred
  • Willingness to float to other units within the facility as needed
