# Job Opportunity – Women's Services Registered Nurse – Tennessee
Start Date: September 3, 2026
Location: Dickson, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time, 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays
Highlights:- LDRP unit providing comprehensive care from labor through postpartum with 9 beds, plus 4-bed Level II NICU and 1 operating suite
- Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labor, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care; NICU 1:3 for intermediate care
- Advanced equipment including CPN central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, tele-med robot for neonatologist, bili-blankets, and PCA pumps
- Documentation systems: Meditech and CPN
- Joint Commission accredited facility with Stroke Center, Level II Trauma, and Level II NICU certifications
- Strong team environment with experienced staff including multiple RNs with 30+ years of experience and excellent preceptorship available
Requirements:- Active RN license in Tennessee or multi-state compact
- Labor and delivery experience required, including ability to labor and recover mothers as well as receive and transition newborns with comprehensive assessment skills
- BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring training certifications required
- Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies preferred
- Advanced skills: Fetal monitoring education, experience with inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil)
- Familiarity with C-sections, circumcisions, intra-uterine monitoring, vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries preferred
- Flexibility to float within facility as needed based on census and staffing requirements
