You will be providing care to a diverse patient population while maintaining compliance with AWHONN guidelines. The unit consists of 16 beds with established patient ratios. You will engage in couplet care and monitor the well-being of both mother and newborn. The position does not require scheduled call, but staff may flex down according to unit census.
