Description:
Required Credential(s):
BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse license.
Neonatal Resuscitation certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Advanced Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification is required.
Education:
Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of Perinatal clinical experience in a high-volume delivery service.
S.T.A.B.L.E Program certification.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification.
Unit Description:
A facility consisting of multiple Labor, Delivery, Recovery suites, including low intervention rooms and C-section suites.
High-risk, fast-paced delivery service performing over 500 deliveries per month.
24-hour in-house attending obstetrician coverage, anesthesia coverage, and neonatal intensive care unit coverage.
Perinatal Transport Program available.
BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications are required.
