The candidate will work night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. The unit has 23 beds and a diverse team of staff. Day shift consists of 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 6 RNs, 2 CSTs, and 3 OR RNs with 1 Secretary. Night shift typically has 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 4-6 RNs, 1 CST, and 1 Secretary. Patient ratios are 2:1. The unit uses EMR CPN/Meditech for documentation. There is an on-call requirement of 1 shift every 4 weeks. Floating requirements may include postpartum and antepartum units. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in high-risk OB care. Experience with magnesium drips, insulin drips, and circulating/scrubbing is preferred.
