The nurse to patient ratio is 1:6 or 1:7. The unit is transitioning to a team nursing model, which includes hiring LPNs to assist. Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience will be considered. First-time travelers are not accepted for this position. On-call duties are required as needed, and weekend work will be expected on a rotational basis. All requested time off must be included at the time of submission. RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be accepted. Candidates must not have been previously employed by the facility for less than one year. Travelers may be floated to like units as necessary. Adherence to all compliance and credentialing requirements is mandatory. Vaccination status must be included in submissions. Candidates must be willing to work during holiday periods if applicable.
