Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a high-volume Labor & Delivery unit with approximately 240 births per month
Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
Interpret and respond to fetal monitoring data to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to manage obstetric emergencies and routine deliveries
Assignment is unit-specific - no floating required
