Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a high-volume Labor & Delivery unit with approximately 240 births per month
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
• Interpret and respond to fetal monitoring data to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to manage obstetric emergencies and routine deliveries
• Assignment is unit-specific - no floating required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Fetal Monitoring certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume Labor & Delivery setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in obstetric care
