Candidates should possess skills such as the administration of blood and blood products, Amnioinfusion, and management of postpartum hemorrhage.
Candidates must be able to assist with vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections.
Candidates should have knowledge of newborn assessments and breastfeeding support.
Experience in managing labor and delivery cases is essential.
Skill in performing sterile vaginal exams and fetal heart monitoring is required.
Facility births per month typically range from 100 to 200.
Candidates will potentially float within the hospital as needed.
Additional interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, social services, and pharmacy.
This position requires adherence to the necessary precautions and protocols.
