There are 1 CNC/charge, desk clerk, scrub tech, and 5-6 RNs on day shift. There are 1 CNC/charge, desk clerk, scrub tech, and 4-5 RNs on night shift. The patient ratios are 3-4:1 for post-partum couplets and 1-2:1 for labor patients. Typical equipment includes Welch Allen vitals machines, CPN monitors, POC glucose monitoring, and telemetry. The EMR system used is Meditech / CPN. Typical procedures performed include C-sections, inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler. The ideal candidate will have postpartum experience and high-risk labor and delivery experience. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay busy are essential traits. Patient care experience is a priority. Candidates must follow specified standards of behavior. This is a competitive position, and any additional skills or experience will be advantageous.
