The role involves patient care during labor and post-delivery recovery. The RN will be responsible for immediate newborn care during the golden hour. Candidates must have experience in circulating C-sections. Documentation will be completed in Meditech. Candidates should be comfortable with a patient ratio of 1:1 with Pitocin and 2:1 for other patients. Scheduled shifts include weekend rotations. The facility prioritizes clean and healthy appearance in its staff, including adhering to specific dress code policies. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Attendance policies will be strictly enforced. This role does not involve floating to other units.
