The role includes providing care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery. Candidates must be flexible and able to adapt to varying needs of the unit. Agency staff may be down-staffed if operational needs are not present. Agency staff may be reassigned to open shifts or floated to another unit as necessary. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. The position requires the ability to work nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
