Description: We are seeking a Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. The nurse will be responsible for providing care in the Labor and Delivery unit and may also be required to float to the Nursery and Post-Partum areas. The facility is an acute care hospital with a commitment to patient safety and high-quality health outcomes. The unit generally has low volume with less than 15 deliveries per month. The Labor and Delivery unit has a total of 3 beds, with additional capacity in the Nursery and intermediate nursery. Patient ratios follow established guidelines. Experience in general OB care and familiarity with common diagnosis and treatment in the Delivery and Nursery settings is preferred.
