# Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Texas
Start Date: October 5, 2026

Schedule: Day and night shifts available; 1-2 on-call shifts per schedule; second floor unit
Highlights:- 18-bed Labor & Delivery unit with strong team culture and supportive environment
- Patient ratios follow AWHONN guidelines: 1:1 for Pitocin administration, cesarean sections, and recovery; 2-3 antepartum patients
- GE fetal monitoring equipment; CPN Meditech EMR system
- Comprehensive case mix including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, triage, and iron infusions
- Minimal floating required; primarily to mother/baby unit as needed
- Work alongside a dedicated team of 54 clinical staff members including charge nurses, RNs, OB techs, and unit coordinators
Requirements:- Current RN license in good standing
- Labor management experience required
- Circulating cesarean section experience required
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for women's health and maternal-newborn care
