**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic and rapidly growing Labor and Delivery Unit!
- Location: Northern Virginia, just 30 miles from Washington, DC.
- Work in a state-of-the-art facility with:
- 10 labor beds and 13 postpartum beds
- 2 operating rooms
- Comprehensive support with Lactation consultants and a Level 2 NICU
**Unit Highlights:**
- Staffed by:
- 4-5 Labor RNs and 2 Postpartum RNs on each shift
- 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist and Neonatology provider

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care for:
- Labor and vaginal deliveries
- C-sections
- Inductions
- OB ED (triage)
**Qualifications:**
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of labor experience
- Required Certifications:
- ALS
- BLS
- NRP
- Fetal monitoring
- C-EFM
**Work Schedule:**
- Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekend and on-call shifts: 1-2 shifts per month preferred
