**Job Description:**
- **Location:** 3101 North Tarrant Parkway, 2nd Floor, Main Building
- **Unit Highlights:**
- 10 Labor, Delivery, and Recovery Rooms (LDRs)
- 2 OBED Rooms
- A dedicated team of 24 Bedside RNs
- **Staffing:**
- Day Shift Core: 3 RNs, 1 Scrub Tech, 1 Unit Secretary
- Night Shift: Engaging and supportive environment
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 2:1 for typical cases
- 1:1 or 2:1 for high-risk patients (if stable)
- **Equipment Used:**
- CPN (Centricity) and Meditech for EMR
- **Key Skills Required:**
- Current Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification
- ACLS Certification
- NRP Certification
- BLS Certification
- O.R. Circulator Experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Bilingual candidates encouraged
- Scrub Tech skills are a plus!
- **Typical Procedures:**
- **Cesarean Sections**
- **BTLs/Salpingectomies**
- **Ideal Candidate Personality:**
- Open, collaborative, and eager to contribute
- **Certifications:**
- C-EFM preferred but not mandatory
- **Floating Areas:**
- Opportunities to float to Postpartum or medical floor (as a tech)
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color: Royal Blue
- **Commitment:**
- 4 Weekend shifts per month required
