**Job Description:**
- **Unit Information: Labor & Delivery**
- **Location:** 3101 North Tarrant Parkway, 2nd Floor, Main Building
- **Number of Beds:** 10 LDRs, 2 OBED
- **Staffing Levels:**
- Day Shift: 3 RNs, 1 Scrub Tech, 1 Unit Secretary
- Night Shift: 24 Bedside RNs
- **Patient Ratios:**
- General: 2:1
- High Risk: 1:1 or 2:1 if stable
- **Equipment & Technology:**
- EMR: CPN (Centricity), Meditech
- **Required Skills & Certifications**:
- **Must Have:**
- Current Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
- ACLS
- NRP
- BLS
- O.R. Circulator
- **Preferred:**
- Bilingual
- Scrub Tech Skills
- **Procedures You’ll Perform:**
- Cesarean Sections
- BTLs/Salpingectomies
- **Personality Fit:**
- Open, Collaborative, and Driven
- **Additional Information:**
- **Dress Code:** Royal Blue Scrubs
- **Weekend Requirements:** 4 Weekend Shifts/Month
- **Floating Areas:** Postpartum, Medical Floor (only as a tech)
