Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within a Fetal Testing Center setting under a Labor & Delivery specialty scope
Monitor and assess fetal and maternal status, documenting findings accurately and in a timely manner
Perform and interpret fetal surveillance testing in accordance with established clinical protocols
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care plans and communicate changes in patient condition
Maintain compliance with all unit-specific policies, safety standards, and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN)
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas
Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
AWHONN certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Fetal Testing Center or antepartum monitoring environment
Familiarity with fetal surveillance techniques including non-stress tests and biophysical profiles
Strong critical thinking and communication skills in a fast-paced clinical setting
