**Exciting Opportunity for Travel RN - Labor & Delivery!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 18 - Number of Staff: 54 - Staff on Day Shift: - 1 Charge or CNC - 8-10 RNs - 1-2 OB Techs - 1 HUC - Staff on Night Shift: - 1 Charge or CNC - 8-10 RNs - 1-2 OB Techs - **Patient Ratios:** - 1:1 for Pitocin and C-section deliveries - 2-3 Antepartum patients - AWHONN guidelines are the standard we strive to follow - **Equipment:** - GE fetal monitoring - **EMR:** - CPN meditech - **On Call Requirement:** - 1-2 shifts per schedule - **Floating Requirements:** - Must float to mother-baby if needed; resource only and not often required these days - **Typical Hiring Profile:** - Skill Set Most Recruited: - Travel RNs, Local CNAs, and Sitters - Must Have: - Labor management experience - Experience circulating a cesarean section - Preferred Skills: - Vaginal delivery, C-sections, triage, iron infusions - **Best Personality Fit:** - Must be kind and passionate about nursing - Promotes a team-oriented environment with a focus on excellent patient outcomes - **Years Experience Required:** - Minimum 1 year of experience --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
