- **Unit Details:**
- Number of Beds: 10 LDR, 2 OR, 2 Triage
- Shift Information:
- Day Shift: 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 1 UC, 1 ST
- Night Shift: 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 1 UC, 1 ST
- Patient Ratios: AWHONN compliant
- Modern Equipment: Updated HillRom and GE
- EMR System: Expanse for documentation, CPN for monitoring
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Must-Have Skills:**
- Experience in Labor and Delivery
- Ability to circulate in OR for cesarean sections
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Labor with postpartum experience
- Triage expertise
- **Typical Procedures:**
- Care for labor and delivery patients
- Postpartum couplet care
- **Best Personality Fit:**
- Energetic and eager to contribute to a supportive team
- **Required Certifications:**
- NRP
- AWHONN FM
- BLS
- ACLS
- **Work Environment:**
- Scrub Color/Attire: Provided by the unit (surgical area)
- Rotating weekends & holiday coverage included
