The facility has a Level IV Client Designation. It consists of 26 labor and delivery suites, including low intervention rooms. There are 6 C-section suites, 14 Triage rooms, 60 Mother-Baby Couplet rooms, and 16 monitored Ante-partum rooms. It's an academic teaching service with large private OB practices. The environment is high-risk and fast-paced, with over 500 deliveries per month. There is 24-hour in-house attending OB coverage, anesthesia coverage, and NICU coverage. A Perinatal Transport Program is also in place. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NRP.
