**Exciting Opportunity for HI-OB RN - Variable Shift (L&D/PP/NSY)**
**Job Description:**

- Join our dynamic team where you will:
- Provide exceptional care for laboring mothers
- Assist with deliveries and ensure immediate care for newborns
- Deliver post-delivery care for mothers, ensuring a smooth transition into parenthood
- Utilize advanced equipment including:
- Computerized system - Meditech
- Fetal monitoring system - GE/Centricity
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
- Proficiency in labor and delivery skills
- Essential Certifications:
- BLS & NRP (REQUIRED)
- STABLE & Advanced FM (RECOMMENDED)
- Shift Information:
- Variable day and night shifts available
- 12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) after the first week of orientation
- Scheduled 12-hour call at least once per month
- No guarantee of hours or shift preference
- Unit Details:
- Labor & Delivery: 8 Labor Beds
- Postpartum: 18 Beds
