Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, including management of high-risk labor patients
Perform circulator duties for cesarean deliveries
Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health records system
Rotate holiday coverage with regular staff as scheduled
Float onsite within scope of practice or to nearby sites within 40 miles as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Wisconsin
Labor and Delivery clinical experience required
High-risk Labor and Delivery experience required
Circulator experience for cesarean deliveries required
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
Prior travel nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience floating across units or multiple care sites
Strong adaptability and ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
